Hairstyles by Face Shape for Men and Women

Each shape uses a different fictional model, with the same face across its three hairstyles. AI-generated styling illustrations.

How the hairstyle finder works

01

Measure the outline

The browser maps visible face geometry and compares length, widths and taper with six shape profiles.

02

Explore the directions

Primary and secondary tendencies guide the suggestions. Switch between masculine and feminine styles to explore alternatives.

03

Discuss the final cut

Save your text stylist card. Ask which directions work with your current length, texture, density and styling routine.

Shape labels are styling conventions. The finder does not rank face shapes or promise a change in attractiveness.

Frequently asked questions

What hairstyle suits my face shape?

Face shape is a starting point for visual balance. The finder measures your closest and secondary shape tendencies, then suggests hairstyle directions for your selected presentation. Texture, length, density and maintenance still matter.

Is the hairstyle finder free?

Yes. Photo-based shape tendencies, hairstyle directions and the downloadable text stylist card are free, with no account or payment needed. The optional full face report is a separate purchase.

Does the free finder put hairstyles on my photo?

No. The free finder recommends hairstyle directions. Full Report includes four AI hairstyle try-ons on your photo; Advanced includes six. These are styling concepts, not guaranteed haircut results, and generation requires separate photo-processing consent.

Does my photo leave my device?

The free finder processes your photo in your browser. If you later choose a paid AI photo feature, its separate consent step explains the external processing before generation.

Can I switch between masculine and feminine hairstyles?

Yes. Both style directions use the same measured face shape. Switching the styling preference changes the recommendations, not the shape classification.

Does this work with thinning or receding hair?

The finder suggests directions based on face shape and style preference. It does not assess hair density or tailor the suggestions to a receding hairline. Discuss which options suit your current coverage with your barber or stylist.

What photo should I use?

Use one clear, level, front-facing photo with a relaxed expression, even lighting, and the forehead, cheeks, jaw and chin visible. Head turn, tight camera perspective, hair coverage and blur can make the estimate unreliable.
