These Terms form an agreement between you and Lookmax Analyzer. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are not legally able to enter this agreement or make a purchase, you may use the service only with authorization and supervision from a parent, guardian, or other person legally permitted to act for you.

You are responsible for providing accurate checkout information and for keeping access to the browser and purchase details used for your report.

Lookmax Analyzer provides a free browser-based facial analysis and optional one-time paid digital reports. Face analysis is performed client-side. The paid report may include expanded scores, measurements, priorities, action plans, hairstyle or grooming direction, downloadable materials, and other features shown before checkout.

Results depend on the submitted image, lighting, camera position, facial expression, selected profile settings, and the current scoring model. They may change when any of those inputs or the product methodology changes.

A paid report is a one-time purchase for the specific report generated from the analysis shown at checkout. It is not a subscription and does not grant unlimited access to other reports, photos, or future paid products unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise.

Access relies partly on secure cookies and data held in your browser. Clearing browser data, using another device, or losing the purchase link may interrupt access. If this happens, contact support with your purchase information so we can verify the transaction and provide an appropriate remedy where possible.

We may improve report presentation and supporting explanations over time. We will not intentionally remove content already purchased without a legitimate security, legal, or operational reason.

Eligible Full reports include up to five coach answers, while Advanced reports include up to ten coach answers. The allowance is enforced server-side for the purchased report and cannot be reset by clearing storage, refreshing the page, changing devices, or creating duplicate requests. A successfully generated answer consumes one included question; a provider failure that returns no answer should not consume one.

Coach answers are generated by an AI provider using your question, recent conversation context, and bounded report information. They may be incomplete, repetitive, inconsistent, or wrong. You are responsible for deciding whether an answer is appropriate and for seeking a qualified professional where needed.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, medical records, payment data, passwords, or information about another person. The coach must not be used for medical diagnosis, treatment decisions, identity verification, employment, insurance, credit, or other high-impact decisions.

Eligible Full and Advanced reports may also include one optional AI styling preview. It is generated only after you actively consent to sending the photo and selected styling directions to OpenAI. You must have the right and permission to use the submitted photo. The included preview is consumed only after a successful provider result; retries may be restricted to control abuse and third-party generation costs.

The styling preview visualizes reversible presentation ideas and may alter or invent visual details. It is not a guarantee, simulation, or forecast of medical, cosmetic, skincare, anatomical, surgical, or real-world results. Do not use it to make treatment decisions or evaluate a professional outcome.

Eligible Full and Advanced reports may also offer optional photo-aware report analysis. It runs only after you actively consent to sending the exact analysis photo, bounded report context, and current candidate advice to OpenAI. Consented checkout photos are temporarily encrypted for up to seven days so review can start after verified payment even if you close the checkout page. When selected before checkout, the initial review starts automatically after payment verification when your browser returns. It may revise the report plan and provide an apparent-age range and visible skin-presentation findings. These are photo-based impressions and may be incomplete or inaccurate; they are not actual-age verification, diagnosis, or medical or professional advice. Older purchases retain their deterministic report and require explicit consent before any new AI review.

You may not:

• circumvent purchase verification, question limits, or rate limits;
• use bots, scraping, or automated traffic that burdens the service;
• probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems;
• submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content;
• use another person's photo without a lawful basis and their permission; or
• resell, sublicense, or commercially reproduce a personal report.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or secure the service.

Prices, currency, included features, and any promotional terms are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe's terms. You authorize the displayed one-time charge when you complete checkout.

Because personalized digital content is supplied immediately, checkout asks you to request immediate performance and acknowledge the effect this may have on a statutory withdrawal right. Refunds and withdrawal requests are handled under our Refund & Withdrawal Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

You retain rights you already have in photos, questions, and other content you provide. You grant us and our processors a limited right to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

The website, scoring methodology, software, report design, branding, and original editorial content are owned by Lookmax Analyzer or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use and download your report for non-commercial purposes.

AI-generated text may not be unique, and similar output may be provided to other users. We do not guarantee that a coach answer can be exclusively owned or used without third-party rights considerations.

Scores and recommendations are estimates based on visible image data and selected settings. They are not scientific proof, a universal beauty standard, or a prediction of social, romantic, or professional outcomes.

The service is not medical, dental, dermatological, psychological, cosmetic, nutritional, or surgical advice. Stop any suggested activity that causes pain or harm and consult an appropriately qualified professional for health concerns.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, a particular score, improvement, result, or continued access to a third-party AI provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lookmax Analyzer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or purely subjective losses resulting from reliance on a score, report, or coach answer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other categories protected under applicable law.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, security, provider, or legal changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights relating to an existing purchase.

These Terms are governed and disputes are handled under applicable law. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and access to courts that the law of your country of residence provides.
